- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order and are eligible for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. To qualify, all items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and labels attached.
- Please note that orders refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange under any circumstances
- Delivery times vary by destination. All orders are processed from Monday- Friday. You can expect to receive your tracking number and confirmation of order shipment within 48 hours of placing your order if the item is in stock. Pre orders will be shipped according to the pre order timeframe below each product or as stated on the homepage here.A tracking for a preorder item will only be sent once the item is ready to ship
